- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪VERY UNSATISIFIED WITH THE DESK LADY AND DR DAVIDSON AND HER NURSE FOR BREAKING HIPPA RULES AND CONTACTING OTHER FACILITIES WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE PAITENT. H.R SAID THIS WAS ILLEGAL AND THEY WERE NOT GIVEN PERMISSON TO DO SO. THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BOT DONE THAT. I WILL BE FILING FOR THIS. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A STUCK UP DR WHO ISNT PAYIG ANY ATTN TO ME OR MY BODY.
